Chapter 51

Soon, he fell into a deep slumber.

An hour later, Qin Han awoke in his 100-square-meter room, refreshed, clear-minded, and at the peak of his physical condition!

He took a bath, changed into a new set of undergarments, equipped his ancient-style gear, and donned a black hood, transforming into a figure resembling an assassin from ancient times—mysterious and archaic.

With everything prepared, he stood in the opulent living room, abruptly crushing the Thunder Poison Island Teleportation Token in his hand.

Instantly, a Teleportation Gate shimmering with violet-red light materialized before him.

Without hesitation, he stepped through.

Darkness engulfed his vision momentarily before giving way to blinding brightness.

In the blink of an eye, Qin Han found himself standing on an endless expanse of lush grassland, where countless cattle and sheep grazed leisurely.

In the upper-left corner of his vision, a teleportation marker appeared prominently— a one-time Teleportation Token that would return him to his starting point after use.

"Finally here. I hope Thunder Poison Island doesn’t disappoint. Whether I can amass enough resources depends on this place."

"According to the guide, there’s still a long distance to Thunder Poison Island. Hopefully, I can reach its outskirts by tonight."

With that, Qin Han summoned Nightmare, mounted it in one swift motion, and galloped toward the depths of the boundless grassland.

Though this dungeon was named Thunder Poison Island, he knew well that it was, in fact, a self-contained miniature world, complete with mountains, rivers, lakes, grasslands, and deserts.

Even the monsters grew progressively stronger, and Thunder Poison Island was hidden within this vast realm.

Along the way, as he ventured deeper, he traversed grasslands, crossed deserts, passed through forests, and followed the currents upstream.

The wild beasts he encountered evolved from ordinary Wild Bulls to increasingly formidable foes.

Even with Nightmare’s speed, the journey lasted from morning until the sun dipped below the horizon.

Amid the golden hues of dusk, he arrived at the edge of a canyon— a bottomless chasm stretching over a kilometer wide, extending endlessly to both sides, as if cleaving the world into two halves.

Within the canyon, fierce winds howled like demonic roars, and the terrifying wind currents were visible to the naked eye.

"After a full day’s ride, I’ve finally reached Brave Canyon. Once I cross this, Thunder Poison Island won’t be far."

Brave Canyon, true to its name, could only be traversed by those with unparalleled courage, and only they could claim the treasures hidden beyond.

Qin Han picked up a stone the size of a human head and tossed it into the canyon.

The hefty rock, caught in the gales, became as light as a feather, hurtling uncontrollably downward and vanishing in the blink of an eye.

"Such terrifying wind force. Even flying races wouldn’t stand a chance against these gusts."

Yet Qin Han remained unfazed.

He followed the canyon’s edge, studying the wind patterns, and ran continuously until he reached a protruding platform.

Here, the wind direction was unlike anywhere else— he could even see an upward current steadily rising.

"This is the spot!"

Taking a deep breath, Qin Han urged Nightmare into a leap.

Then, his entire body began to lose control.

A terrifying upward wind current lifted both him and Nightmare a thousand meters into the air before their bodies began to slowly descend. With a soft thud, the sound of landing on solid ground echoed. At that moment, they found themselves standing mid-air, as if on an invisible path beneath their feet. Glancing down at the bottomless canyon below, a primal sense of helplessness surged from his very genes, threatening to overwhelm his soul. Left unchecked, it would have led to weightlessness, trembling, and convulsions. However, the high resilience of his Martial God profession instantly dispelled these negative effects, allowing him to regain control of his body. Cautiously, he instructed, "Nightmare, head straight for the opposite side of the canyon. Keep steady—no swaying." Upon hearing this, Nightmare's red eyes flickered with an eerie, unnatural glow.
